Jomar played varsity as a freshman at Davenport High School, batting .385 early in the 2023 season. At Lake Region he hit .333 with a .505 on-base percentage and 23 RBIs as a junior, then .357 / .526 / .524 with 9 stolen bases as a senior. He was named in The Ledger’s All-County baseball lists in 2023, 2025 and 2026. In travel ball he made three Perfect Game All-Tournament Teams (2023-24), two of them at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex, and was MVP of the 16U bracket at Prospect Wire’s 2024 Memorial Weekend Classic.
